The Guardian newspaper, it sounds to me like a year-round Dicken's Fair. I don't know if I would go to it, but I think it could be alot of hokey fun. After all, I had a blast at the Dickens' Fair when I was 19 and even learned how to polka in Mr. Pickwick's ballroom! - Lori
